A sudden death!

Mordacais shoulders slumped a little and he smiled. "I love you too." he purred. He buckled himself in and leaned against the wall, reaching up to pet her. He didnt pay any attention to Celeb from that point on. Not so much as a glance. He kissed Saillas head. and sighed. He wanted to go home too. He already missed Terra.

The helicopter landed with a soft thud, the groan of the motor shutting off. Jade and rossk flicked switches and made sure all was clear before they unbuckled and went to the back with the rest of them. "Ok we are here. Now don't cause problems" jade gruffly growled out as she headed out of the copter. "Um, this is one of our outposts you won't have to worry about any humans here." Rossk mumbled to them before following his mate. Celeb glanced over at mordacai and saila, ignoring the fact she was a ferret and grabbed his belongingsand hopped out of the copter. He glanced over his shoulder as he walked to th white building surrounded by orhards of trees of various kinds. "If you need an escort ask my freinds they will help you." He gave jade a look and continued inside, forcing jade and rossk to wait for mordacai and saila.

Mordacai unbuckled and stepped out of the helicopter. he had his thumbs hooked in his hakama slits, his eyes up at the blade as it was slowing down still. He didnt understand helicopters.. but they were interesting. He looked at the direction Celeb went, not sure if he should follow or not. He looked at Jade and Rossk. "Where does he want us to go?" he asked, looking at Rossk. He was asking him. Although Jade was more dominant, she was still a woman. And a bitch. He figured she wouldnt even bother answering him.

Jade crossed her arms giving mordacai a steady stare but didn't say anything. She had no trust in him and didn't want to waste her breath.

"He probably wants to put you guys in the guest courters. Um, if you want we can go to the cafeteria first, since you might be hungry." Rossk half mumbled the words his gaze focusing on jade, he rubbed the stump of his right arm absently.

Jade gave a snort and headed inside, rossk nodded to mordacai and followed after her.

Mordacai followed, not saying anything. he looked around as they walked, taking note of where everything was, how everyone looked, how they talked, walked, acted. He kept his hands in his .. slit.. pocket. .things.

Rossk and Jade guided mordacai into the building were they met a solid reinforced steel door. Jade punched in the code and put her hand on the scanner pad by the door. Once the door was opened they guided him threw multiple hallways passing various rooms some empty some not. Many were unoccupied the door closed and shut, others were occupied with various sounds of ,fighting, talking and the buzzing of machinery. Finally rossk and jade came to an opened door a bare chested native american slumped half asleep by the door. "White dog go find some empty guest rooms for our.. companions here." Jade barked at him, startling the man who quickly got up and scurried away at her orders. They went inside the room which was now barely occupied only about two other wolves sat at one of the rows of tables.

"Um, what do you want to eat, we mostly have various meats here but we also carry a supply of fruits and vegetables?" Rossk asked him as jade led them to a vacant table and sat down, rossk sat beside her and tapped the spot across from them for mordacai to sit down. "If you have any questions you can just ask too." Rossk said hesitantly, waiting for mordacai to sit down.

Mordacai watched everything, taking special note of it all. He sat down across from them. "I could eat your whole kitchen out in a matter of seconds, and thats not an over exaggeration. So anything is good with me. Sailla would like an apple." He said, leaning back as he looked around. "So where did Celeb go? report in that he got the job done?" He asked, then smiled. He kept forgetting he was supposed to act stupid. Although Celeb had never actually told him, he had figured it out from the dead body, and the way he talked about the military he was in.

Jade glared at mordacai but noticing rossks pressing expression she reluctantly got up and went to fetch them some food. Rossk nervously eyed mordacai before speaking. "How much do you actually know of our world, mordacai is it?" Rossk gave a curious glance at saila in her ferret form. "And may I ask what exactly are you?"

He smiled at him. "I dont know much." He said, shrugging. "Im just a fast learner, and I'm not new to the possibilities of science. Its pretty easy to figure out your world. I already came up with a solution to your lack in gasoline. " He said, and shrugged. "When we were flying though, I saw how many cars there were. I imagine whoever sells the stuff makes a huge profit, so its not like theyd like the plan very much." He said, and then eyed him. " As for what I am, I'm a Jaebrin. Its a bit hard to explain. I know your world doesnt have them. " he said. he pulled the cloth down from his mouth and grinned, then let his mouth drop and dislocate into its second joint before he popped it back into place. "We cant stop eating. Thats our biggest species trait." He shrugged. "I could eat a whole elephant in one sitting, and still be hungry.

Rossk nodded "this world has many easy answers to its problems, its just the people want to not even notice there's a problem." Rossk gave out a sigh, then gave mordacai a curious glance. "We definatly don't have any of your kind here, I must admit I find it a bit fascinating if not a bit, confusing. I understand transdeminsional travel, we have it all the time, its just we have never encountered anything like you two before." Rossk gave a glance in jades direction. "We are both wary because of that, I'm sorry if we seem hostile, we just don't know what to expect, I'm sure you've expereinced somthing familiar maybe?" Rossk gave mordacai a weak smile. "I'm sure your a bit curious yourself, if ou have any questions ill be happy to answer them to the best of my ability." Rossk was. Suddenly startled when jade half slammed their plates down. For her and rossk she got steaming buffalo steaks with baked vegetables on the side. For mordacai and saila she got a platter full of apples and another full of various meets and vegetables. She gave rossk a look, which caused him to let out a nervous wimper. She sat down leaned over towards rossk and gave him a deep passionate kiss, before turning to her plate.

Alone, Rossk was enjoyable. But near Jade? He was disgusting. He made bile come up in the back of his throat. How could he whimper like that from a look his woman gave him? Hed understand playful cowering in the name of teasing, but to ACTUALLY whimper and cower? He ate most of his food without chewing it, and sped through it pretty fast without manners. he saved a couple apples for Sailla. he kissed the side of her ferret face, and then looked back up at Rossk. " Our plane is the farthest one from yours." He said with a shrug. "You must mostly get them from plane three. Id imagine youve noticed a complete stop in certain creatures and people types too. Thats because plane two is gone. It got wiped out recently." They didnt need to know it was kind of his fault, along with a few others. " And as of right now I dont have any questions. " he said, watching him. he was pretending Jade didnt exist. He had no reason to talk to her. And he sure as hell didnt see her as any sort of hire up.

"Really that would explain a lot." Rossk said a bit more composed from the kiss and now that jade was occupied with food and acting as if mordacai didn't exist, he felt he had more room to breath. "Well if you do don't be afraid to ask. Um, I hope you don't mind me asking you some more questions. Like if you know how many, planes? There is and what caused you to come here if your plane is so far away?" Rossk couldn't help but give a soft smile, he was genuinley curious and he naturally loved to learn. He barely touched hi his food as he waited for mordacais reply..

Mordacai thought for a moment. "Well. theres a lot. You guys are on plane number four-" he had four fingers up to emphasize (except his thumb was up and his pinky was down) "- We're on plane one. Theres .. a lot. We dont know how many exactly. And some planes are really far away from each other." He said with a shrug. " You can only use airships to get from plane to plane. And even then it has to be a certain kind of airship." he leaned forwards. "it has t obe able to ride time like it was water. And to be able to dimension hop." He said, cracking his back. " As to why we're here.." He hesitated and then smiled. "I pissed off a god.. y pissing on something that was dear to him. Mind you it was his fault. he pissed me off first, and he gets his worshipers through my worshipers. He needs to learn to respect me a little more. " he said, grinning. He ran a hand through his hair. "And I thought of a question. Our plane is as old as yours, yet my magic works amazing there. Celeb said the magic here has been drained and over used.. but.." He frowned. "Does this plane get its magic from a different source?" he asked "because it is a little harder for me to do magic here, but its still pretty good. I know thats not because of the lack of magic here though. Its because the fourth plane is far from the second, compared to the first plane. And the second plane is where I get my magic from." To prove his point he snapped a finger, one elbow already o nthe table, and a large amount of electricity and lightening danced around his hand for a second before going out.

"Hmm" rossk was absorbing it all like a sponge, this fascinated him and allowed his anxiety towards mordacai to deminish a bit as well. "Celeb is only half right, our planes are the same age yes but the time within is different. I believ its this difference in time between, planes that causes that fluxuation, just as it causes the varing distances betwenn planes. So it makes since that magic will act similarly, changing its strength and potency based on the varying levels of magic run threw it. Apparently our plane doesn't have the right balance of time and magic to make magic potent enough as it in yours." Rossk wasn't really fazed by mordacais show of magic, he'd seen magic on this plane though unlike these he was close enough to feel the held back power of mordacais. "its safe to say because of this our own magic is limited to a certain amount, the charge of atoms due to our location in the transdimension vortex only allows so much magic, in a way your lucky that your magic isn't attached to this plane. Plus I think if there is a fifth plane it might even be worst or better at holding magic than ours, depending on its flow of time." Rossk nodded taking a bit of his food thoughtfully. "Is there anything else?"

Mordacai took that in, thinking. He nodded. "That would make sense. And youre right on that assumption. the fifth plane is gone. Its whats happening to your world right now. the humans ate up all the resources." he said, letting his head rest in his hand. "That atom thing? i think they made a bomb having to do with that. blew each other up. " He said, shrugging. "At least thats what Captain told me. " He smiled, and then took a drink of water. " Is Celeb always so..." he struggled for the word "Hot tempered? bi-polar? i dont know." He shrugged. "The boy came onto me first. Or does he not like the idea of you seeing that?" He asked, not bothering to include Jade in this.

Jade ignored mordacai, letting her mate enjoy himself in conversation. Though she glanced at mordacai on occasion to make sure he was no threat. Rossk frowned at what mordacai said about the fifth plane. "I'm afraid we probably will end up the same way." He sighed sadly then gave mordacai a serious look. "Celeb is...... different to be sure. No one really knows what he is thinking not even us. He isa flirt that's no surprised, he just has issues... being dominated and losing control. He..... had a bad childhood and because of that he isn't.....stable I guesss." Rossk eyed jade nervously, she was being awfully calm about him telling this stranger so much about celeb. Jade gave him a glance her expression held no sign of what she was thinking but his mated bond with her told him she was concerned and curious, for what that she held from him. " I don't know if I should tell you more its a bit personal." He said with a cautios tone, he studied mordacai, contemplaiting.

Mordacai watched him, a little more serious now as he thought. "Well.. that would make a lot of sense. also explains why we clicked so sell." He said, and pulled the coth back over his mouth. " I hate s piss poor childhood myself. And cant stand to lose control either." He said, shrugging. "I guess its what happens when your parents think you're an 'it'." He ran a hand through his hair. He stared off passed Rossk as he remembered. His body tensed up and his jaw clenched. Bile rose to the back of his throat. she shook himself off. "Its up to you how much you tell me."

Rossk raised his brow but didn't say anything at first. "I think celeb should be the one to tell you more if your enterested. I think you two are actually pretty similar, in a way." Rossk and jade suddenly looked in the direction of the door as celeb just so happened to walk into the cafeteria. He seemed more at ease and confident with himself, more or less back to normal. He headed over to theirtable and sat next to mordacai, though he didn't look at him right away. "Your rooms are all ready if you plan on staying the night." He said off handedly, he studied jade and rossk who were both watching him expectantly. "What? They decided to send the rest of the reward straight to my account if your wondering." He smirked "you two need to not be so tense, maybe you should go have some fun together, eh?" Jade and rossk seemed to relax a bit, though they still studied him closley. "So everyone ate, well we should go show them around then, right?" He glanced over at mordcai flashing him a half smile. "Unless you two want to go directley to your room?"

"No, you can show us around." he said, standing up. "I dont think Saillas going to fuck me. Something about me being in trouble." he grinned, looking at the ferret. he felt her claws, but ignored them. His thumbs hooked in his pants and he looked down at Celeb, thinking. He wanted to get a chance to be alone with him. Not only to find out more about him, but to get him all squirmy again. He grinned slightly.

Sailla just watched most of the conversation. She scurried down and picked up and apple, dragging it to Mordacai. "Save that for me." She walked across the table and peered at Jade. "I like you." And she jumped from the table, changing to jade in mid jump. She landed on her hands and walked up behind Jade in a handstand.

" I don't care." Jade let out a growl and moved closer to her mate protectivley, she gave saila a steadie glare. Rossk seemed mostly calmed about it, maybe even a bit happy his mate was so close. Celeb gave mordacai an expressionless look before giving him a nod. "Ok that can be done." With that he got up from the table, givving rossk and jad a nod before heading for the door. Jade grabbed ont rossks shoulder and half shoved half guided him to the door, keeping an eye on saila. She never liked magic and all of this only irritated her, all she knew is that after this she was definatley going to follow celebs advice and screw her husband till one of them passed out. Rossk sensed her irritation and wiggled out of her grasp so he could move to her other side so he could hold her hand with his good arm. He leaned towards her and nuzzled her shoulder and neck affectionetly. "It will be alright." He wisper to her, followed by a nibble on her shoulder. Jade looked down at him her expression softening, she gave him a kiss before continueing he glare at saila. "I hope so." She replied as they continued to follow celeb down the hall. Celeb himself was silent and contemplaitive, he was trying to be detached from the situation as much as possible.

Mordacai was following, thinking. He wanted to make a snarky comment, but kept it to himself. He walked upt to Celeb and put his arm around him and smiled down at him. "Sorry about earlier, yah? " he purred out. "I couldnt help but do it tah someone as handsome as yourself" He smiled charmingly. "Not to mention youre interesting. If you took away the rapist in me, yah'd practically be my parallel universe twin." he jokes, grinning sideways. " I guess that kinda makes me conceited for hitting on you then, huh?" he winked.

Sailla frowned. Well fine then. She grabbed Mordacai's hand and turned to a small white snake. Making her way up his arm,, she went for his neck and curled around him, gently holding her tail in her mouth so she looked like an ornamental necklace. From here she could see everything that was going on, without having to be involved in it.
She was a bit grumpy that these people didn't seem fun and she didn't feel like making friends with them in the mood she was in.

Celeb looked up at mordacai, his expression blank. He couldn't help but tense at mordacais touch. Apparently that little bit of time he spent finishing jacking off didn't work as much as he thought. He forced a smile and a small laugh. "Yea seems you are." Celeb glanced down at saila around mordacais neck. "She makes a pretty snake" he said absently, his mind focused more on were mordacai was in contact with him. "I think if you were my twin you'd be the evil one." He said with a half smile. He was debating on wether to pull away when he found the turn he was looking for. He desentagled himself from mordacai and whent down the that way. "This way leads to the training room and locker area." He said over his shoulder towards mordacai.

"The evil one?" He purred out, grinning. "Hey now." He smirked. He let him untangle from him and he walked up behind him. he grinned "You should show me where the baths are." He said, and then looked down at Sailla. He smiled softly at her for a moment before looking up at Celeb again. "alone" he winked, teasing him. He chuckled slightly and looked around.
